Every class on our schedule is intentional. We don’t throw together random circuits or hope for the best. We program—with purpose, with progress in mind, and with you at the center of it all.
Here’s how we break it down—and why it works so well for our members.
🧠 We Train Smart, Not Random
Our schedule blends strength training, cardio conditioning, and core work, all structured to help you get stronger, leaner, and more confident—without burning out.
Here’s how a typical week looks:
Strength Training Days: These are 45-minute classes that target a specific muscle group (like chest/triceps/shoulders, or glutes/hamstrings). We cycle through each group once per week and refresh our programming monthly to keep your progress moving forward.
Cardio + Core Days: Expect full-body movement, conditioning drills, and a spicy mix of core work. Some days are cardio-focused, some lean into cardio-core, and Saturdays bring it all together with our Classic HIIT classes.
The result? You hit all major muscle groups, build endurance, and avoid overtraining. It’s structure and variety—on purpose.
