Pause & Cancellation Policy
Consistency is what creates results — and it’s what keeps our studio strong.
We offer 6-month, 3-month, and month-to-month memberships, each with clear and simple policies:
Pause Policy:
We do not offer general pauses or holds. Each member receives one courtesy week per contract term for travel, illness, or schedule conflicts. This week is complimentary and cannot be split or extended.Cancellation Policy:
6-month and 3-month memberships require a 30-day written notice to cancel after the term ends.
Month-to-month memberships require a 30-day written notice to cancel at any time.
Early cancellations before the term ends are not permitted, as your spot and pricing are reserved for that duration.
We appreciate your understanding — our goal is always to keep things fair, transparent, and consistent for everyone in the Litt community.

What membership options do you offer?
We offer 6-month, 3-month, and month-to-month memberships.
Our 6-month plan is the best value and helps you stay consistent long enough to see real results.
Our 3-month option is great for shorter-term goals or if you know you’ll be traveling.
Our month-to-month plan offers flexibility with no long-term commitment.
Can I try a class before joining?
Yes! You can grab a 7-day trial for $10 and experience what it’s like to train with our LITT Fam. It’s the best way to see if our community and workouts are the right fit for you.
What’s included with my membership?
All memberships include unlimited access to our group classes, guided coaching every session, and form corrections to help you train safely and effectively.
You’ll also get access to member-only events, body scans, merch discounts, and early access to community challenges.
💪 Classes & Workouts
What are the workouts like?
Every LITT workout is 45 minutes of high-energy, coach-led training. We blend strength and cardio with upbeat playlists.
No two workouts are ever the same — you’ll lift, sweat, and move in new ways every week while getting hands-on support from our coaches.
Do I need to be fit to start?
Nope! Every workout is scalable. Whether you’re new to fitness or already training regularly, our coaches will guide you through modifications and progressions that meet you where you are.
How do I book a class?
You can book through our website or app — just create an account, pick your class time, and show up ready to move. Signing up in advance helps us prepare the best class experience for you.
What should I bring to class?
Bring water, a towel, and your energy. We’ll handle the rest — equipment, music, and motivation are all on us.
⚡️ Studio Info
Where are you located and where do I park?
We’re located at 5500 Atlantic Springs Rd, Raleigh, NC 27616. There’s plenty of parking right out front. Look for the purple lights — you can’t miss us!
What are your class times?
We run classes Monday through Saturday. 5:30am, 6:45am, 9am, 12pm and 6pm (except Friday night) Saturday 7:45am and 9am.
Do you have showers or lockers?
We don’t have showers, but we have plenty of space to keep your belongings safe during class. Most members just bring what they need for their workout.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! We love when members bring friends. Guests can join a trial or drop in for a single class — just let us know ahead of time so we can get them set up.

What if I have an injury or need to modify?
Always tell your coach before class if something’s going on. We’ll guide you through safe modifications and make sure you get a great workout without aggravating any injuries.
Do you offer nutrition coaching?
Yes! Through our Litt Fuel program, we offer personalized nutrition coaching and meal plans designed by Lu & Britt. You’ll get structure, accountability, and simple meals that match your goals.
