Why We Built Litt Fitness (And What Makes It Different)

We didn’t start Litt Fitness with a business plan or a big budget. We started it with a gut feeling and a fire in our chest: we could build something better.

In June 2024, we lost our jobs—unexpectedly—from a franchise gym we had poured ourselves into. It was a shock, but honestly? It turned out to be the best thing that could’ve happened.

There are so many cookie-cutter fitness franchises in our area. We didn’t want to be another one. We wanted to create a space that was different—something local, something real, something ours.

So we built Litt Fitness from the ground up. No investors, no fancy backing. Just us, our people, and a vision for what fitness should feel like: high-energy, inclusive, and deeply personal.

We didn’t want a gym where you swipe a key card and no one knows your name. We wanted a studio where people feel seen, supported, and celebrated—whether it’s your first class or your 100th.
